Greg Floyd shot Liko Kenney through Caleb Macaulay's closed passenger window "within about 4 seconds" according to his initial statement. The New Hampshire Attorney General cleared him within 48 hours, using subsequent descriptions of his alleged activity on 5/11/2007.

Floyd was at the time a multiple felon with a suspended jail term for prior threatening conduct. He has an extensive criminal record, including a threat to send a school teacher "home in a body bag."

He claimed to be a Vietnam War Veteran with dozens of kills, yet his military record indicated no Vietnam Service. He was too young to have been active in Vietnam.

Area Police Chief Robert Every had written an Affidavit in which he voiced a concern that Floyd might show up at a school and shoot multiple people.

A year after he shot Liko Kenney he was convicted for threatening his neighbor A.J. Boisvert with a gun. She is an elder female. At that time he was sentenced for the new crime and his older pending convictions.  He attacked Court personnel and has to be forcibly restrained. Co-Writer Christopher King caught some of the action from an old camera phone.
