Trapped over an inspection sticker.

Given Liko Kenney's 2003 experience with Bruce McKay he feared him in 2007 and attempted to get to his uncle's driveway so that there would be a witness to whatever might unfold.  Presumably he was not planning on shooting Corporal Norman Bruce McKay at his Uncle's house.

Please allow Susan Thompson, a town elder and witness from across the street to describe what she saw:

"The grey car was not going fast. I thought [McKay] was trying to get around it [for something else]. He made several movements (her daughter called it a "10-point turn" in her interview) to come nose to nose now facing north.... [McKay] pushed him and kept pushing him down (into the gravel area) dirt flew back the police car pushed him so strongly and just kept pushing and pushing and pushing until the grey car was beyond my view."

Curiously, McKay never issued a Use of Force Report for the 2003 fracas, in direct violation of Protocol and S.O.P.

As seen above, Greg Floyd blocked Liko Kenney's egress to the South, alighted from his car and began shooting some type of gun, presumably Norman Bruce McKay's gun.

Details were completely unclear as to exactly how he obtained that gun, and there was no analysis of the windshield bullet clearly seen in the crime scene photos.

This is because Floyd changed his story to say that he started speaking with Liko Kenney first before he shot. This made is easier to exonerate him within 48 hours in spite of his baggage as seen at the News Accounts page.

Curiously, the State ran ballistics tests on every other bullet at the scene. Query, were these bullets shot by Floyd as well? And if so, were they expelled prior to him allegedly talking with Liko Kenney?

But we all know he never spoke with Liko Kenney. His passenger stated as much, and the shattered glass inside the passenger compartment speaks to this as succinctly as the State's own report that read:  "The window was in the up position."
